Why we set up

Most businesses that need finance already know the lenders exist. The hard part is getting an application packaged properly, put in front of the right lender, and chased until it pays out. Too often the broker goes quiet after the first call.

We work the other way round. The person you speak to first handles your deal to the end, answers the phone and tells you where things stand without being asked.

How we get paid

Most of the time the lender pays us a commission when your finance completes. You don't pay us a separate fee unless we agree one with you in writing first.

• Commission varies between lenders and products.
• On some products the commission can affect the interest rate you're offered.
• We tell you how we're paid before you proceed, and you can ask us the amount at any time.
• We work with a panel of lenders and will share the list on request.
