Privacy notice

Blakestone Finance Group Limited (company number 17353587) is the data controller for personal information you give us. We use it to respond to your enquiry, to assess which lenders may suit your business and, when you choose to apply, to share it with those lenders and the credit reference and fraud prevention agencies they use.

We keep enquiry details for up to six years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@blakestonefg.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with our service, tell us by phone on 07908 110101 or email info@blakestonefg.co.uk. We'll acknowledge your complaint within three working days and aim to resolve it within eight weeks.

Terms of business

• We are a credit broker, not a lender, and we do not give independent financial advice.
• We introduce you to lenders from our panel. We do not search the whole market.
• Any finance is subject to the lender's approval and terms.
• We are usually paid commission by the lender. We'll tell you the nature of it before you proceed.
